46: Yeast Dough & Manifestation - What rising dough can teach you about trusting the process

00:00:15: But stay with me, because honestly if you understand what happens to E-STOR when it rises... ...you already understand something incredibly important about expansion and manifestation.

00:00:34: Okay let's talk about E-Stor!

00:00:37: What on earth does E-stor have to do with energy?

00:00:41: And for me is actually one of the best metaphors for expansion.

00:00:46: If you know energetic coding You know the e three formula Envision and body expand.

00:00:54: And E star belongs to that third e, expand.

00:00:58: because when we talk about manifestation you first have to understand something very simple about energy.

00:01:06: You've probably heard the phrase where focus goes Energy flows.

00:01:11: Whatever you continuously give energy to begins to grow And I like to think of an energetic field almost as something alive.

00:01:20: Imagine a plant, if you want that plant to grow You take care of it!

00:01:25: Make sure the conditions support its growth Give water and everything needs to become stronger.

00:01:32: An energetic field works in very similar way.

00:01:36: What do you want to be powerful in reality?

00:01:38: Needs your energy.

00:01:40: That's where the easter comes.

00:01:43: Think about what happens when you make yeast dough.

00:01:46: First, you bring all the ingredients together and then start working the dough.

00:01:51: You need it unfolded.

00:01:53: Sometimes you really have to work quite intensely.

00:01:56: My grandmother used to literally beat yeast dough against a table.

00:02:00: I can still hear that sound in my head.

00:02:03: And once you've worked enough put into a bowl give warmth create conditions needed Then wait And suddenly, this lump of dough begins to rise.

00:02:17: It expands and that is exactly the picture I have in mind when i talk about building an energetic field.

00:02:25: Let's use money because money isn't easy.

00:02:28: example Imagine you decide That you want fifty thousand a month To become completely normal for you Right now.

00:02:36: perhaps it isn't.

00:02:38: Maybe your current feel around Money sounds more like making money as hard.

00:02:42: Or perhaps there is simply this deep belief inside your system that a lot of money always requires a lot effort.

00:02:49: The feel you want to activate, it's very different.

00:02:52: Maybe It feels like creating Money Is easy for me.

00:02:57: I can create from my magic zone Enjoying My life and Money gets To be part Of That.

00:03:02: And if that isn't Your current normal Then This is where the inner work starts.

00:03:07: You take this new field and begin moving within yourself And that's what I mean by needing the yeast doll.

00:03:15: You start relating to this new reality, you begin thinking from it and bringing into your language... ...you play with a possibility until your system slowly starts becoming familiar with it.

00:03:26: This is the inner rug i was talking about in last episode when said for me eighty percent of work happens internally because Before something becomes completely natural in your external reality, there is usually a process of making it natural inside you.

00:03:43: And at some point something changes – Your body begins to respond!

00:03:48: There's this deeper sense that yes I know this can be mine.

00:03:53: It no longer feels like some random fantasy.

00:03:56: You are desperately trying convince yourself off.

00:03:59: Something in YOU starts moving with IT.

00:04:03: That is the moment when that door becomes active.

00:04:06: And now expansion can happen!

00:04:09: You keep carrying this field into your life, it starts influencing the way you make decisions and the way relate to what's happening around you.

00:04:19: Your energetic container begins making room for new reality.

00:04:23: This why I love the E-Stone metaphor so much Because When you Make E-Star What you currently see in front of your is not the final result.

00:04:33: There's just this sticky lump-of dough, and yet you already know what you're creating!

00:04:39: Maybe it's delicious cinnamon rolls?

00:04:41: You can already imagine how it will smell when they come out from the oven – you know what it'll taste like… And there's already anticipation on your body before the finished rolls even exist.

00:04:54: The finished result is already present in your experience, while you are still standing there with a doll.

00:05:01: This so important to understand because this is manifestation!

00:05:06: Because that's exactly where people tend to struggle When it comes to baking – you trust the doll Why?

00:05:13: You have evidence!

00:05:15: You've seen someone make Easter before.

00:05:17: Maybe you've done it yourself fifty times or more.

00:05:21: So you don't stand there after ten minutes looking into the bowl thinking, Oh my God!

00:05:25: I knew it.

00:05:26: It's still dark.

00:05:27: this clearly doesn't work.

00:05:29: You know There is a process happening.

00:05:31: Your trust what this door Is capable of becoming because your already understand The principle.

00:05:38: Manifestation gets interesting when you Don't have that evidence yet You activate and you feel You begin doing inner work.

00:05:50: But then you look at your external reality and it still looks exactly the same.

00:05:55: The money isn't there yet, whatever you're calling in still seems absent.

00:06:00: And that is often a moment when people throw their dough away.

00:06:03: They look at current reality say see nothing happens!

00:06:07: Because outside hasn't confirmed new field they go straight back into old one.

00:06:13: This bridge has to learn to cross.

00:06:17: The question is, can you recognize what's already contained in the door before we see the finished cinnamon rolls?

00:06:24: Because every seed carries a potential of its harvest.

00:06:28: And each batch of E-Store carries possibility for it to become.

00:06:34: The fact that you cannot see the final result yet does not mean this process isn't happening!

00:06:40: And that, for me is one of the most important parts of manifestation.

00:06:44: You have to learn to say in relationship with a reality before the outside world gives you proof and this requires awareness because –of course- your all stories are going show up!

00:06:56: Maybe or someone who gets impatient very quickly…you start working on new fields and two weeks later you're already asking where IS it?

00:07:05: Then another week goes by.

00:07:08: Obviously this manifestation thing doesn't work.

00:07:11: So that is the equivalent of taking your easter out-of-the-bow halfway through the rising process, looking at it and throwing in a bin.

00:07:19: The process was happening.

00:07:22: You simply interrupted because you expected to finish love too early And I think this is where intimacy with your vision becomes so important!

00:07:34: It cannot be something you think about once and then abandon the moment your current reality becomes louder.

00:07:40: You keep returning to it until your body starts recognizing this new field as something familiar, And when doubt appears... ...you learn to recognize that moment!

00:08:02: Of course it still looks like doll.

00:08:04: It means I am somewhere in the process and this is what expansion asks of us, it asked to keep making room for reality.

00:08:13: we have chosen until what initially felt unusual starts becoming more natural inside of us And then at some point something that was once only an energetic possibility begins show up in physical form.

00:08:28: So, whenever you hear me talking about East Dawn in the context of energy work this is what I mean.

00:08:35: You activate a field and work with it long enough for it to become alive inside of you then give your room expand by holding that knowing or what can be come.

00:08:46: perhaps take question into our own life today where are currently looking at dawn deciding too early?

00:08:57: Maybe there's already something I've started creating, but because your physical reality hasn't caught up yet you are beginning to doubt the whole thing.

00:09:06: What if you stopped checking every five minutes whether the cinnamon rolls are finished?

00:09:11: what if you trusted that process enough to keep tending it?

00:09:15: Because once you truly understand this You understand something incredibly important about manifestation.

00:09:22: The visible result is not where creation begins.

00:09:25: Creation begins much earlier.

00:09:28: It begins in the field you activate within yourself and your willingness to stay with that field before there is external proof, And then little by little what they have been carrying energetically can begin take form.

00:09:42: So for today remember the ease doll.

00:09:46: If it's still a doll That doesn't mean you failed.

00:09:49: Maybe its simply needs more time to rise This so important.
