43: The Hidden Force Holding You Back

00:00:03: I'd like to warmly welcome you into this new episode, i'm really happy that we can spend some time together again!

00:00:10: But first...I would like to dedicate this podcast episode to women who feel these topics speaks to them.

00:00:16: The point is to explore what exactly.

00:00:19: it's a huge obstacle in my life right now.

00:00:24: If you're someone who says to yourself, I know.

00:00:27: I just know that my impact is enormous!

00:00:29: And now we have something like a mission here and by the way... That mission can change huh?

00:00:35: ...I don't really believe that We all have justice one calling and if we do not find it.. We haven't fulfilled our soul's purpose yet.

00:00:43: Instead i strongly believe as we continue to grow Our calling also changes.

00:00:50: But in the end, it's always about following that calling so our soul can fully realize and embody itself here on planet Earth.

00:00:59: Because Our Spirit, our energy field, our being... ...our infinite divine essence outside of the body has no claim to earth other than to experience through its own body.

00:01:12: And we as human beings connected with our wonderful vast Soul We are often moved by this call, but it's longing in our hearts that guides us toward accomplishing something great.

00:01:23: And let immediately set aside any judgment of great or small.

00:01:27: here I say something great simply because there isn't a word for anything else.

00:01:33: It is about reaching out full potential Our impact That place where we feel... ...I am truly in my element Here.

00:01:43: This what makes me heart sing.

00:01:45: This is what expands my being.

00:01:48: this Is where I have the highest vibration.

00:01:50: that for me, it's what is great.

00:01:54: and you know i notice from My own experience as said out many years ago back when?

00:01:59: It was still in my practice because I felt a need to somehow make this world A better place And need to support other people whatever way I could To be of service to them so they can live their absolute best lives.

00:02:13: And I did that for a long time in my work as an osteopath and healer.

00:02:18: Then, when i made the move into online world That actually didn't change at all.

00:02:23: Only the way it has changed.

00:02:27: My calling is even greater Even louder To empower people Especially women to follow their callings.

00:02:36: Why do they want this so badly?

00:02:39: Because whenever we say yes Our greatest abundance follows A healthy, vibrant body follows.

00:02:47: This vibrant magical expansive invigorating life follows Money in our bank account follows the relationship that uplift us follows The partnership we so deeply desire follows.

00:02:59: Simply everything follows.

00:03:02: Following our souls call no matter what.

00:03:05: That's what leads to everything And What I'd like To discuss with you In this podcast episode is this Most of the women in my community, those who are part of my spaces or at least getting a taste for them have heard this before.

00:03:20: For them?

00:03:21: This isn't entirely new.

00:03:23: and yet they cannot bring themselves to answer that call Or Atleast They can't Bring Themselves To Fully Commit Following This Calling To Give Themselves Permission To Step Into This Greatness To Step into Their Own Light To Take The Stage And what gets in the way, and this is always a question... ...and it was a major concern for these women as well.

00:03:45: What do I do when fear and doubt arise?

00:03:49: When I don't know exactly how!

00:03:51: Sometimes even a little defined ego comes to the surface saying Well right now i'd really love to have three or five or ten steps planned.

00:04:00: that tells me EXACTLY WHAT I NEED TO DO.

00:04:05: I've already shared so many tools that are so uplifting.

00:04:08: Tools, they're already building a bridge to this new exhilarating magical life That is possible for each of us and yet For each individual the path is different And it really touches me To see just how strong that desire Is!

00:04:25: Of course i recognize from my own experience From back in The day How strong the desire is to say Listen first you do This Then you do that, and once you've done this.

00:04:36: You'll do it again!

00:04:38: And after doing the same thing in the end too.

00:04:42: If we do so as well then everything will be fine... ...and then you have to fulfill your life, money or success you desire.

00:04:52: Unfortunately it doesn't work like that way.

00:04:56: Even though we want it badly.

00:04:59: So that part of us, the voice inside us.

00:05:02: That's so eager to know exactly how it all works and would love to have a ten-step plan where you can just follow step by step And then be in the Kingdom of Heaven living a vibrant happy life with huge overflowing bank account.

00:05:16: Great success Happy relationships.

00:05:19: If only they were that simple Then our world will have long since been freed from evil.

00:05:26: So it's always about how you can rise above that voice.

00:05:32: And there are lots of podcast episodes where I've already talked about this voice, the Voice Of The Little Self.

00:05:38: That Says But You Have To Know How First!

00:05:41: ...but i'll just fail anyway... but my experience tells me It Won't Work Out This Time

00:05:46: Either!!

00:05:47: But I've Tried

00:05:47: Everything!!!

00:05:49: That is a favorite saying for many people I've tried everything and am already doing it.

00:05:55: Here Is The Thing You're already doing it but one foot is still stuck in the familiar.

00:06:01: you are not ready to take a plunge, leave everything behind and surrender towards calling so strongly instead like using manuals that when jumping know exactly what do make feel comfortable again as quickly possible.

00:06:22: But I'll tell this ever since i set out on this path Ever since I created the money, created success.

00:06:30: Created my relationship and created this body of mine ever Since i've created all that for myself!

00:06:37: I have been in free fall over & Over again.

00:06:41: This English podcast is a very best example For That !

00:06:45: I am In A Free Fall Again.

00:06:47: After So Many Years In Business And After Being A Multiple Seven Figure CEO On The German Speaking Market I keep jumping into free fall again and again.

00:06:58: Not only in the podcast, also on my English Instagram account... ...I allow myself time to invite the unknown and take risks.

00:07:08: Perceived risks because i know for certain that abundance is always there.

00:07:13: And do you know this feeling?

00:07:16: Let's look Why people when they go bungee-jumping plunge into death and subject themselves to that thrill.

00:07:25: Why do people jump out of airplanes with a parachute?

00:07:29: why do people do things like that?

00:07:32: because in that moment, life feels incredibly alive.

00:07:36: In that moment it's like whoa.

00:07:39: I have no idea how this is going to work!

00:07:43: I have NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS!

00:07:46: I HAVE NO IDEAA HOW I'LL FEEL AFTER IT.

00:07:49: This feeling is an intensive vibration and the very essence of life.

00:07:55: So personally, I've decided that i don't have to jump out of airplanes to feel this.

00:08:00: instead... ...I jump again and again whenever something in my life makes me think why?

00:08:06: I just don't know how to move forward right now or something calls me Something tickles me!

00:08:13: I feel such a strong calling to do some thing to pursue a cause, to treat myself something and make an investment.

00:08:22: To call someone, sign up for class or start coaching…to talk with somebody even though I know it might be difficult but has been for long time.

00:08:31: But i feel the calling to do that whenever im faced by this challenge where I know will ultimately bring me more of what I want.

00:08:40: thats when I take the plunge.

00:08:42: I don't dwell on whether i'm afraid or have doubts, because i have those anyways.

00:08:50: And that's actually the lesson i want to share with you here and With all of women who are listening right now find themselves in a similar situation.

00:08:59: You're bound for fear & doubt.

00:09:00: anyway Why?

00:09:03: Because we're human!

00:09:05: That little part our ego will probably never completely disappear unless your totally enlightened.

00:09:13: So you might as well just accept it and say, Well yes.

00:09:16: Okay?

00:09:17: I'm aware of it!

00:09:18: And now its coming...I know It's going to get in the way..and i am going to feel fear & doubt.

00:09:23: so what?

00:09:25: Then that is how this whole thing gets a tiny bit more uncomfortable than already is because honestly plunging into death with a rope tied around my legs is already very very uncomfortable.

00:09:39: But then to imagine that this rope might not hold at all, That maybe the knot would come undone.

00:09:45: That all safety measures will somehow fail.

00:09:49: And rather now somehow crash through ground in free fall I have these doubts anyway whenever i let myself riddle them.

00:09:57: So I might as well just say Well yes so what?

00:10:02: Thats just a way it is.

00:10:04: One day I decided I wasn't going to let fear control me anymore and I've been very afraid throughout my life, but still am.

00:10:13: But i have decided that fear can't be in charge anymore.

00:10:17: so it's actually gotten to the point where whenever im really scared thats exactly when i do it And i also realized that whenever Im really scared ,i feel this need to say tell me how to reassure myself of a plan And that even if there were a plan it wouldn't really appeal to me.

00:10:44: So, If you hear a calling within yourself and know this is your greatest contribution how do we figure out?

00:10:52: By letting down our defenses expanding our awareness & truly being present in the moment and asking ok...if I choose now will bring more of what i want?

00:11:06: Truth?

00:11:07: Or if I don't choose this right now, will that get me more of what i want?

00:11:12: And no matter the answer is yes.

00:11:15: If all the signs here say go for it then ill do it Then Ill just Do It!

00:11:22: and thats probably the most valuable thing ive learned in recent years.

00:11:26: Why Is That?

00:11:28: Because my soul always guides me perfectly and didn't believe myself at first But I know today when im following my soul It always brings me to exactly where I want to be.

00:11:40: And hey, let me add here something... Many people follow their calling and then they stop Then say OK Now that i've answered the call there's nothing left for me do.

00:11:53: But thats not true.

00:11:55: The moment you have answered your calling You need keep building from there.

00:11:59: Thats how we build a wave of manifestation.

00:12:03: The moment you've answered your soul's calling, You're actually doing something.

00:12:09: And then we continue to look okay all right where is it calling me now?

00:12:13: What is calling me Now?

00:12:15: what is there To do here?

00:12:17: who am I allowed to be Here?

00:12:20: and Then We follow again and then We Follow Again and then we follow again Start by Following Your Own Inner Voice.

00:12:28: And if you don't know how to do that, If you say yes but I can't tell the difference.

00:12:36: Then let me guide your step into my spaces.

00:12:40: That will be available in English very soon and they'll show You How it's done.

00:12:44: because once you understand this We follow our inner voice no matter what we won't even doubt that inner voice anymore.

00:12:53: There is never a moment when without that this inner voices right.

00:12:56: Instead we observe, okay fears are coming up.

00:13:00: I'll go anyway and then i'll take the leap.

00:13:03: all the more so We don't argue with it.

00:13:07: And once you figure that out for yourself what?

00:13:10: You wish or will always follow.

00:13:13: and The thing is people really want proof first That this is a truth.

00:13:19: But It doesn't work that way because that's the old world.

00:13:24: the Old Way of thinking Is If I have proof, then i'll do it.

00:13:29: And then also know who am supposed to be as a result.

00:13:33: But manifestation works exactly the opposite way.

00:13:36: Manifestation work like that.

00:13:38: It works by your first being.

00:13:42: Yes!

00:13:42: First hear the voice.

00:13:44: Become aware of you're voice.

00:13:46: Become aware of your soul.

00:13:48: Follow it.

00:13:49: Do it no matter what No matter what others think No matter whether it feels good, no matter if you have doubts or fears.

00:13:59: You do it!

00:14:01: And after that...you HAVE the satisfaction of having done this.

00:14:05: You celebrate yourself.

00:14:07: Embrace it and let it sink in.

00:14:10: Then start all over again.

00:14:12: Listen to your inner voice then follow it.

00:14:15: Then act again.

00:14:16: After that you have it again.

00:14:18: You are grateful for it.

00:14:19: You acknowledge this return to true self.

00:14:25: That is the eternal cycle of manifestation.

00:14:29: It's really, really simple.

00:14:31: But what makes it so hard for you?

00:14:34: Is your programming?

00:14:36: So I'm practically begging you on my knees.

00:14:39: go to a place where you can learn to be free from your programming.

00:14:43: Free yourself from this prison that prevents you from following your inner voice, Your calling.

00:14:49: That prevents You From being free to live a vibrant free life To fully bring your work into the world and thereby create beautiful money.

00:14:58: A prison that prevent's you from having healthy whole body Because it can't believe in It because you don't hear The Calling or because you Don't know what do with it.

00:15:08: so step Into space where you learn that I've known for so long that this is the path to take.

00:15:15: So let's take it, ladies!

00:15:17: Stop holding yourself back.

00:15:19: Stop believing your own stories.

00:15:21: Stop listening to your doubts and fears.

00:15:24: Let go of a driver seat then take you're own steps And thats the key to everything.

00:15:31: stop asking for ten point plans.

00:15:34: Stop asking.

00:15:35: well please tell me exactly how do we?

00:15:38: Learn to listen to your inner voice.

00:15:40: Learn to let Your Truth guide you, learn how to manifest in truth!

00:15:45: Not because manifesting is a technique but Because manifesting as consequence of How You bring yourself into this world through your energetic signature.

00:15:54: So the goal Is To make your energetic signatures so pure and clear that nothing stands In your way anymore.
