37: You Could Ask a Question - The Shift That Changes Everything

00:00:06: So, Today i want to speak about something that is honestly one of most important tools i have ever discovered on my own path.

00:00:15: It's also One Of The Most Important Tools I Use With Women Inside My Spaces On One Of Deepest Foundations Of Energetic Work And That Is Questions Real Questions.

00:00:28: Not questions asked from panic or lack, but open questions.

00:00:33: Questions that create movement.

00:00:36: Questions That Open Reality.

00:00:38: Questions Which Shift Your Entire Energetic Field.

00:00:42: Because what I see again and again is this There are so many women who already have awareness Women Who Have Done Healing Work women who have read books, taken courses learned methods worked on themselves for years and still they are not living the life that truly desire.

00:01:03: And this is something that deeply moves me every time I witness it.

00:01:06: how is a possible that someone can know so much?

00:01:10: Still feel stuck inside the same reality?

00:01:13: How is it possible that some one could be so conscious?

00:01:20: And I think the answer is simpler than most people realize.

00:01:24: Most people are not actually creating, most people are reacting... ...most people are repeating!

00:01:32: Most people trying to fix reality instead of opening new possibilities.

00:01:36: So today i want speak about first shift that changes everything The Shift from conclusions into questions.

00:01:45: Before we go deeper..I want you do something with me.

00:01:49: Just for a moment.

00:01:51: Lower your barriers, your energetic barriers and let everything that immediately wants to argue with this episode sink into the ground.

00:02:01: Every conclusion every yes but... every story!

00:02:05: Every reason why a situation is different.

00:02:09: Every explanation for why life currently feels difficult.

00:02:13: Every thought saying yeah well Michelle maybe this works Just let all of it soften for a moment and instead Expand breathe And expand your whole energetic system.

00:02:40: Everything that you are beyond your body Expand beyond the room.

00:02:46: You're sitting in Expanding every direction to the front back sides above you below Almost as if your awareness is gently touching the walls around you energetically, and then further.

00:03:04: Because the moment you expand something becomes quiet inside of you.

00:03:10: You stop being completely trapped inside a noise in mind And suddenly there's space!

00:03:16: This matters because every new reality first requires space.

00:03:23: There are some things I have observed again.

00:03:26: Every change begins with a choice.

00:03:29: Before anything shifts externally, there is first the moment where you decide.

00:03:35: I am available for something different.

00:03:37: now and directly after choice comes the question.

00:03:43: And this is when most people stop because most do not ask.

00:03:48: We were never taught to ask.

00:03:49: we are taught the opposite.

00:03:51: actually.

00:03:53: Do not ask stupid questions, do not ask for too much.

00:03:56: Be grateful for what you already have.

00:03:58: be realistic and reasonable.

00:04:00: You cannot have everything So very early in life.

00:04:03: most of us stopped asking especially For the things we deeply desired.

00:04:09: We stopped asking for extraordinary love!

00:04:12: We stopped Asking for deep

00:04:14: joy!!

00:04:15: We stopped asking for a very beautiful

00:04:18: life!!!

00:04:19: We stop asking for freedom and we stopped asking for expansion of our miracles.

00:04:26: And yet, questions are what open possibility?

00:04:30: Questions move energy... ...and they interrupt fixed reality!

00:04:35: Even prayer if you really look at it is a form of asking….

00:04:41: …And I loved this so much because in the Bible — and honestly many spiritual traditions— there's this deeper understanding that life wants to meet you.

00:04:50: There is a field of possibility available for you, but you have to participate.

00:04:56: You have to ask!

00:04:57: You have become available.

00:05:00: For years now.

00:05:01: the very first thing I do in the morning is asked questions not from lack ,but from creation .I wake up and i ask what can it be and do today that changes everything?

00:05:12: What Can It Be And Do Today To Experience More Unlifeness, More Love, More Joy More beauty, more expansion.

00:05:19: More truth, more freedom whatever it is And sometimes people immediately ask but what about money?

00:05:26: Yes of course you can ask for money But I actually think many become energetically contracted when they focus directly on money.

00:05:34: So instead Ask the life that naturally contains abundance.

00:05:38: Ask for an extraordinary relationship For a beautiful home For feeling your desire.

00:05:45: Ask for the life that feels alive inside your body, because money becomes part of that field naturally.

00:05:52: And this is important – The question isn't meant to stay a sentence in your head but you begin to live INSIDE THE QUESTION.

00:06:00: You move through your day with it!

00:06:06: Because many people ask once and then immediately return to their old identity.

00:06:10: They asked for expansion, And spend the rest of day inside stress, fear doubt comparison & limitation.

00:06:18: But creation does not work like that.

00:06:22: The question has become a living field Again...and again..and again You returned through it always Maybe even every hour.

00:06:33: you pause and remember What was the question I asked this morning?

00:06:38: And am i still available for that reality right now.

00:06:42: what they have been witnessing again and again is, many women enter spaces hoping someone else will create a transformation for them.

00:06:50: They invest ,they join programs .They enter rooms with huge expectations without realizing it they hand their power away.

00:07:00: Now This person must fix my life!

00:07:02: This room has created my reality !This method must save me.

00:07:05: but creation never works from dependency.

00:07:09: The moment you expect someone else to create your life for you, you enter lack and this is why questions are so powerful because questions return responsibility to YOU!

00:07:20: Questions activate your creative power.

00:07:23: There were moments in my own life where I made investments that stretched me enormously And yes sometimes it felt uncomfortable.

00:07:31: But instead of collapsing into fear, I became more available for creation.

00:07:36: I become the question all day long what can i be and do to expand my impact or create?

00:07:42: What wants to move through me?

00:07:44: What possibilities exist that i cannot yet see?

00:07:47: And something incredible happens when you live this way.

00:07:50: You become so inventive creative open available Possibilities begin to find you Because you opened a new space for reality to respond.

00:08:02: And yes, your mind might resist this.

00:08:05: Because the mind wants proof first!

00:08:07: The mind says once I see evidence then i will believe.

00:08:12: But energetic creation often works the other way around.

00:08:15: You choose first you ask first...you become available first and in reality begins to reorganize around that frequency.

00:08:25: This is why so many people stay stuck because they refuse to move before proof arrives And this is also why constant focus on problems becomes dangerous energetically.

00:08:36: When you constantly repeat, I already tried everything it never worked... ...I do not know what else to do my situation so difficult!

00:08:45: Then your no longer asking a question You are reinforcing a conclusion Your making the limitation even stronger.

00:08:53: So What if instead become radically devoted possibility?

00:08:57: What If you stopped feeding old story?

00:09:00: What if you stopped rehearsing the reason why life cannot change?

00:09:04: And what if instead, your asked... ...what else is possible here.

00:09:10: What wants to open?

00:09:11: What reality am I refusing to see?

00:09:14: What if Life could become easier than i was thought?

00:09:17: and yes this requires enormous mental discipline even for me Because the world constantly pulls you back into limitation and collective beliefs about struggling possibilities.

00:09:30: And at some point, I became very aware of my energy.

00:09:35: There were conversations.

00:09:36: i no longer wanted to enter Thought patterns.

00:09:40: i No longer want it to rehearse Narratives i no Longer Wanted To Feed.

00:09:45: I wanted stay connected with reality i was creating.

00:09:49: Here is a beautiful part.

00:09:51: When you truly stay inside the question, life begins to respond.

00:09:56: Suddenly impulses arrive unexpected ideas arrive new openings appear and often they make absolutely no logical sense.

00:10:06: but the more you trust them The moral possibilities unfold.

00:10:10: This is how reality starts moving through energetic availability.

00:10:16: So maybe today this is invitation my dear Not to solve your entire life immediately, but simply to begin asking different questions.

00:10:25: Real questions open questions powerful questions and actually questions where you're not waiting for an answer.

00:10:32: But just observe the opening.

00:10:35: Questions that create expansion instead of contraction That open your body Instead of closing it?

00:10:41: Questions that remind You that you are not here merely To survive Life but to participate in creating It.

00:10:48: So yes ask Ask for joy.

00:10:51: Ask for love, beauty and freedom.

00:10:54: Ask a life that feels magical inside your body And then stay available to it.

00:11:00: Stay with the question.

00:11:01: Stay with energy of it.

00:11:03: Be the energy again because one powerful question can begin to reorganize an entire reality.

00:11:12: So maybe you practice this and let me know how this landed.
