29: The Flow of Life — How to release control, trust divine timing, and follow the energy of life

00:00:00: Hello and very welcome to this new episode of the Bayonne podcast.

00:00:05: I am so happy that you're here!

00:00:07: We are speaking about something magical today, we speak about a flow of life.

00:00:15: So what do i mean by that?

00:00:19: So many people are driven by the fear of not getting what they desire Not arriving where they longed to be not creating the life they have imagined so vividly in their dreams, and the brightest, boldest colors.

00:00:33: And from that fear, I begin to control life!

00:00:37: They begin to enter hustle mode... ...they start believing….

00:00:41: …I need to do more.. ..I need achieve more.. ...I need squeeze even more into my day.. ...and need force myself harder toward a life I want.

00:00:52: And slowly often without noticing it They move further and further away from the very thing they desire.

00:01:01: Because their exhausted, because they're unhappy... And because to begin to realize that this way of living is not actually leading them where they want to go!

00:01:13: ...and because underneath all it there's disquiet powerlessness.

00:01:18: But then how do I get there?

00:01:20: How did i reach my dream?

00:01:23: The answer is this Surrender to the flow of life.

00:01:29: We have to be willing.

00:01:30: in that very moment we deeply feel our great desire, and at this point when we are filled with a fulfillment of it or when ourselves are filled by that vision... ...we must also be willing to release the need for control on how we get there!

00:01:43: And this is so

00:01:44: important!!

00:01:45: In those same moments where I am invited to step aside and say….

00:01:48: …I devote myself to The Path.

00:01:52: Whatever That path requires from me I am available for it, and this is where one of my most beloved truths comes in.

00:02:18: Your ego will scream, it'll tremble and say I don't want this.

00:02:25: This is beneath me!

00:02:28: Why should i do something like that?

00:02:30: This doesn't fit with who am.

00:02:33: It's not where you wanna go.

00:02:35: This does NOT match my worth.

00:02:37: But the moment we begin to tie our worth To what we DO The moment We begin to Tie Our Worth To The Material World We Begin Stumble.

00:02:46: Because if Deep within yourself, you truly believe that You are chosen.

00:02:52: Chosen by God, chosen by life, chosen By the universe whatever language speaks to your heart then you do not need To Do anything in order to be worthy!

00:03:04: You were born Worthy and you will remain Worthy forever... You DO NOT NEED TO EARN THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE EVERYTHING.

00:03:12: YOU DESIRE to understand THAT IT'S SO IMPORTANT.

00:03:16: The only thing asked of you is to believe that it's enough to simply be who You are.

00:03:21: And I mean, believe not as a mental concept but feel it in your heart.

00:03:27: To know deeply nothing more is required than Your being That Your existence Is Enough That Your Presence Is Enough Your Alignment Is Enough.

00:03:40: When you live from there... ...you begin to follow the flow of life and that changes your whole reality.

00:03:47: So, what does it actually mean to follow the flow of life?

00:03:52: It means saying yes!

00:03:54: It means placing yourself in service of Life through your mission... ...through you work….

00:04:01: ...through what came here for this world.

00:04:04: When you place yourself in Service Of Life You begin to realize That a path where you want to go is found in exactly that and letting your gifts serve something greater than yourself.

00:04:17: And every time I record a podcast episode, everytime i go live, everytime I lead workshop or guide the program... ...I move closer to what came here for me.

00:04:29: What I come here is this!

00:04:31: To clarify my consciousness, to refine my perception.. ..to make myself more precise, more embodied ,more alive....and place that in service And everything I desire in my greatest vision, first for myself but also the world is nourished through that.

00:04:53: So when an invitation comes to speak somewhere –to help someone– To contribute in a way life places before me….

00:05:00: My first response is yes!

00:05:04: Yes!

00:05:05: Why?

00:05:06: Because it puts my work and service of life.

00:05:10: But if i make my worth dependent on what's at my bank account If I make my worth dependent on how many luxury bags sit in my closet, then they remain trapped and hustled forever.

00:05:22: Because there will never be enough things, enough symbols ,enough proofs in the external world to establish your worth.

00:05:30: That is not where wealth comes from.

00:05:32: So the invitation has to reconnect with you guiding star Your dream You vision The reason why came here and from there to place yourself, your life in service of God or the universe.

00:05:48: And this is where you as a small self step aside.

00:05:52: That's why we call it The Small Self Because A Small Self Is Constantly Trying To Remind You Of Its Opinions.

00:06:01: It Is Constanly Telling You What Does Not Fit What Feels Scary What Might Go Wrong.

00:06:12: It tells you what is inappropriate, inconvenient beneath too much to uncertain.

00:06:17: That's its job!

00:06:20: So the small self will always be loud – it'll always offer a story that has very little do with your truth… so your task becomes this... Do not waste second of life being afraid that you may NOT get what you desire because that fear is the voice And this is where it becomes truly magical.

00:06:43: Your task is not to spend your life fighting fear, you're task is stop spending our lives believing in it.

00:06:50: because when we begin living the energy of yes and you begin to live into a render an devotion in acceptance off your life then that gift begins open.

00:07:01: Life has so many gifts prepared for You.

00:07:04: God have so many gift prepared for you.

00:07:07: The universe had so much gift prepared.

00:07:10: But the fight with life, their resistance you carry all day long.

00:07:14: The constant inner friction that is what blocks your from seeing them and That resistance begins to melt.

00:07:22: at a moment You say yes to then now Yes To this moment yes to the events live places before you?

00:07:30: Yes to the path as it unfolds.

00:07:34: Yes, you still have a guiding star You Still Have A vision you still know where Your heart Is leading you And yet, at the same time you surrender to the intelligence of the path.

00:07:44: You say yes I am willing to walk that whole way Yes i'm willing To be led and then something extraordinary begins to happen Your being shaped your Being shaped into The person who can hold what do desire Into the Person Who Can receive What?

00:08:03: Do Say you want and Into the person who Can embody the life you dream Of.

00:08:09: And every second, every minute... Every hour that you say yes to life instead of resisting it You move more rapidly toward your destination than ever could through force.

00:08:21: That is what means being in the flow of Life!

00:08:24: That's what we mean when saying follow the energy.

00:08:29: We Follow The Energy Life Throws Before Us.

00:08:33: We Follow the Energy God Places In Front Of Us And we follow the energy that Universe sends us and take it as a gift.

00:08:40: We say, okay this is not how my mind imagined it!

00:08:45: This isn't the rule I would have chosen but it's showing up in this way now even if i do not yet understand it...I say

00:08:53: yes!!

00:08:54: I allow myself to be guided..and I follow the

00:08:58: Energy!!!

00:08:59: And this where time begins to collapse This is where you become increasingly aligned with where you want to go.

00:09:07: Because if you trust that the universe is always giving you a tailwind, If your trust at God is always given you a Tailwind then stop doubting guidance and stop needing to understand every twist-and-turn You trust.

00:09:22: even when path isn't fully visible it's still leading exactly where you're meant.

00:09:29: and then the fear that you may not receive what your desire begins to dissolve into thin air.

00:09:36: Why does this happen?

00:09:38: Because you're receiving it all day long, step by step hour-by-hour moment by moment.

00:09:45: You are being led in a life which matches the pulse of Life itself And I want you take this deeply today.

00:09:53: Stop being in resistance for your life.

00:09:57: Just notice how much resistance you carry.

00:10:02: You resist when you are stuck in traffic, you resist when your mother asks something of you... ...you resist when her partner holds a different truth than you do….

00:10:12: …you resist if anything interrupts the plan and life does not move according to your preferences….

00:10:19: And all that resistance is constantly in battle!

00:10:24: Your resources are going into battle, your energy is there.

00:10:28: Your attention goes in the battle instead of acceptance or trust and intelligence at that moment.

00:10:38: So what if when you reconnect with your great intention?

00:10:43: What if I give up my resistance and ask what life is trying to show me here?

00:10:54: Where have I not been fully honest, where have I abandoned myself?

00:10:59: Were?

00:10:59: was i not authentic?

00:11:01: what is my truth here?

00:11:03: and then instead of rejecting the moment you receive it You let it refine your.

00:11:09: You Let It correct Your course again And Again and Again.

00:11:13: that Is how you learn to release resistance and How you Learn To say yes to What life is bringing you.

00:11:22: and Then There's another important piece here, which is time.

00:11:27: We love to place deadlines on the universe.

00:11:30: we want to tell God when a result should arrive.

00:11:33: I want this by then!

00:11:35: I need it now.

00:11:37: It should already be here.

00:11:39: This must happen within this timeline.

00:11:42: But tell me what happened to surrendering control?

00:11:46: The moment you make your peace dependent upon that timeline You are back in fear Because now you're gripping again.

00:11:54: Now, You are afraid that you may not receive it quickly enough.

00:11:58: Now your anxiety about whether you will fail... Now the whole cycle begins again!

00:12:04: So stop giving yourself a time limit.

00:12:08: Trust here too.

00:12:10: If you know that the universe is always giving you tailwind if you know what has been placed in your heart meant for you then you can release the timestamp.

00:12:20: Then your only task is to walk the path every day, take steps and keep following your guiding star.

00:12:27: And not to doubt for even one moment that you will arrive!

00:12:31: You believe or trust?

00:12:33: You are nourished by knowing.

00:12:35: of course this is for me.

00:12:37: Of course I am being led.

00:12:39: Of course what is in my heart belongs to me.

00:12:42: So your tasks.

00:12:43: simply follow the Star To do what it asks from you To honor what has been placed on your heart.

00:12:50: And at the same time to stop resisting life and begin seeing its gifts, because every gift is moving you toward where you want to go!

00:13:00: So begin to observe that voice inside of you –the little no-sayer– the doubter… The avoider... The one who says this doesn't fit into my day.

00:13:09: This absolutely does not work for me.

00:13:11: This makes no sense.

00:13:12: This feels unsafe.

00:13:13: This could harm me That part of you the one constantly sending you fear, resistance judgment and opinion.

00:13:22: that part is not meant to lead your life.

00:13:25: It's meant be observed.

00:13:27: so every time it becomes active then notice it And learn.

00:13:32: look beneath behind from perspective of higher self.

00:13:37: Then ask yourself what does this situation truly mean for me?

00:13:42: What would it means here?

00:13:44: follow energy instead And this is how you begin to write the way for higher guidance.

00:13:52: You step aside as a small self and let God do his job, your life does its job... Let the universe do it's job!

00:14:00: This is where we start moving rapidly closer to our vision because every single time that you follow energy move one step closer to your great desire.

00:14:14: That is when you enter the magic zone.

00:14:17: Hey, beautiful soul.
